IE8 = Internet Explorer 8
I current have Windows Vista, with IE8 Beta 2 and I want to upgrade to the Final Release of IE8 - any suggestions?
I cannot find this upgrade in Windows Update.
Thanks.|||Steve,
Hi my name鈥檚 Feran and I am working with the Internet Explorer Outreach Team to help provide assistance to folks about their Internet Explorer.
Microsoft will wait a while before it begins to push IE8 to Windows users who have their computers set to get the latest updates automatically. RC1 users will be the first to be upgraded automatically.
So at this time I would suggest manually downloading IE8: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/interne鈥?/a>
I hope this is helpful!

Internet Explorer Outreach Team|||OK. Microsoft team forgot to create procedure for automatically upgrade IE8 beta to IE8 final. Do it by yourself. Go to Microsoft site, download IE8 exec file and run. First step will be removing your previous version of IE8 beta, next step is installation new IE.
I've found some fixable problem in IE8. If you have enough Add-ons new one like Adobe Flash Player won't install. To fix that see How to download any Add-ons to IE8 without the errors http://yefimsanswers.blogspot.com/2009/0鈥?/a> and http://blogs.msdn.com/ie/archive/2008/03鈥?/a>|||It`s right here.
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/interne鈥?/a>
Just download and install it.
