I downloaded IE8 beta. But I dont like IE8 for it blocks many sites that I ofter visit.
I went to control panel n uninstall it. But when I use IE, it's still IE8. How come?
Is there any way 2 completely remove it?|||If ur control panel doesnt help,
1. U can try "Uninstall" function of perfect uninstaller. Find it in the uninstall list, click "Uninstall" button n follow its wizard.
2. Reboot ur pc%26gt;press F8 into safe mode with network%26gt;run perfect uninstaller if u have%26gt;look at "Force Uninstall" section of the page.|||From what I understand you have to go and uninstll the update. This will put you back to whatever version of IE you had before. In Windows Vista I would go control panel, systems and maintenance, click on view installed updates under the Windows Update category. Right click on the update and left click uninstall. Hope this helps. Good Luck.|||For Windows XP Users
Click the Start Button and select Control Panel.Select Add or Remove Programs.
Find and select Windows Internet Explorer 8 from the list of available applications.Click the Remove button.
Restart your system.
For Windows Vista Users
Click the Start Button and select Control Panel.Select Programs (Programs and Features if you鈥檙e using the Classic View).
Select View installed updates (it will be under the Tasks column if you鈥檙e using the Classic View).
Find and select Windows Internet Explorer 8 from the list of available updates.Click the Uninstall button at the top of the list.
Restart your system.
I would suggest you to use Firefox, because it's quite better for security and for plugins you can add to customize it and add stuff that IE will never able to do without installing applications on your computer.
