How do I remove the MSN search box from IE8?

'Recently upgraded to IE8 and I hate the MSN search box in the upper right. When I go to Manage Internet Providers and try to delete it, the "Remove" tab is gray so that I can't remove it. I'd really appreciate any help on this -- thank you!|||Better remove IE8. Try Goolge chrome|||Switch to Firefox.
