How can i stop windows update to keep on asking me to download IE8?

i really hate when this happens. Windows Update (the yellow shield in the task bar) keeps on installing IE.





i always say "cancel" or "i do not accept term of conditions" but the next day it tries to install again.





I prefer using Firefox 3,5 to IE8. I also don't want to "turn off automatic updates". What should i do, any ideas?!.|||go to control panel %26gt; windows updates.
